Figured this could use an updating if I'm going to keep using this site...

Kris and I are together, if I didn't get that in my last entry (When was that?), and we're doing well as two people seperated by a hundred miles can be. We make time each Sunday for each other, so I'm happy at least...

Thanksgiving went well, and Christmas looks like it should go well as well. Dad won't be coming to the big family get-together, but siblings is. After that, Kris is set to come stay over the New Year, and I'm very happy about that.

Congrats should go out to my sister, for placing as a winner in the 2009 NaNoWriMo. She clocked in at some 51,090 words or so. I'm proud, and also a little jealous, which I can only use as motivation to try it myself next year... Maybe I'll finally write out all there is to Heretic...

In other news, due to the title of this entry, I don't really have internet freedom until the seventh when my account recycles. I don't really have much time to be on, so I'll just say sorry to anyone trying to catch me; I'm not on for more than a few minutes every so often anymore...

For those of you whom I neglected to keep informed, I joined the Killbot Factory and upped for four years in the United States Army. I've already finished my BCT (Benning, Hooah!) and am currently a dental holdover here on beautiful Fort "Fuck You Fuckers And The Fucking Fucks You Fucked In On!" Gordon...

It sucks here, but I here it gets better, especially since my next duty station is supposed to be Fort Knox, KY, which is only about three hours from home...

Well, as some may see, the aquisition of a Wacom Tablet has indeed helped my artwork. It's given me the freedom to try new styles and come to one that I'm finally not hating... My current one is based on 's work (Poses, Composition), a style that I'm having a lot of fun emulating. His work is highlighted in the french MMORPG Wakfu, which is also amazingly composed... I've yet to play it, not speaking french of course, but the interface and scope of the world looks promising should they release an english version... (Or at least a translator?).

It's good to be creating, though, and it also helps me work out inspiration for the D&D Game I'm running on Role Play Market...

Ehh... I guess I can actually use this as a recording device for what I'm working on or planning on working on...

In the tube now is a functioning Character Study of Kit Maxwell for M~Trois as well as a Luka de Versailles Rendition. I'm wanting to hunker down and retool Aboleth Savant while I'm still in an artistic mood.

In planning, I want to start on my next character study of Sawyer Freidhof and do something up for a focused entry to the 1d20 club... Maybe a Mind Flayer or something. I love Mindflayers...
